Ship/Unship

Select Ship/Unship in Sales Shipping Feedback Entry to quickly ship a sales order. This changes the order stage to Shipped (Stage 3).

Sometimes you might receive an error when you try to ship an order.

To make changes to an order in Shipped stage, you must unship the order first. In this case, select the order and click Unship. The order is changed from Shipped to Picked (Stage 2) stage. The order can be maintained in Sales Order Entry. The Ship Date and Time is blanked out. After you have made the required changes to the order in Sales Order Entry, you can return to Sales Shipping Feedback Entry and ship the order.
