Maintaining a purchase order

You can maintain a purchase order until the order is in Stage 5 Received .

  1. Select Purchase > Entry > Purchase Order.
  2. Click Maintain.
  3. Specify the number of the purchase order to maintain.
  4. Click Next.
  5. To add a line:
    1. In the Advanced Line Entry mode, specify a product. Specify additional information as required.
    2. Click Add.
  6. To maintain an existing line:
    1.  In the Product panel, click the line to maintain.

      Optionally, click Edit Lines and then click the right arrow to access the line for editing.

    2. Edit the available fields.
    3. Click Update.
  7. To modify an addon or discount:
    1. Click Review & Totals.
    2. Edit the addon or discount.
    3. Click Recalculate.
  8. Click Finish.
