Transfer Audit Report ranges and options

Options

Company #
The default is the company you are logged into. Specify the company number that is relevant to the warehouse transfers you want to perform the audit for. If you entered a range of warehouse transfer numbers or warehouses, the ranges may be limited by the company number you enter.
Update Order Files?

Select No to review the transfers that are out of balance first before you update the files. When the report is created, the Transfer Entry file is not updated if transfers are out of balance. Then, when you are satisfied with the report, then select Yes to update.

Select Yes to update the files. Running the report with this option selected may generate back orders. Back orders are created if any lines have been altered, or if the totaling logic needs to be performed. In addition, in SA Administration-Administrator Options-Documents-Transfer Orders-Processing-Back Orders, back orders are created based on which setting is selected: Create Back Orders at Ordering Stage, Create Back Orders at Picking Stage, or Create Back Orders at Shipping Stage. Depending on the setting, the Transfer Entry header records are updated with corresponding line item amounts, for these fields:

  • Line Amount
  • Serial Numbers/Lots Assigned In
  • Serial Numbers/Lots Assigned Out
  • Quantity Ordered
  • Quantity Shipped
  • Quantity Received
