Setting up a new prospect

  1. Select Sales > Setup > Prospect.
  2. Click New.
  3. Specify a prospect number, or leave the 0 to automatically assign the next available number to the prospect.
  4. Specify the prospect name and the outside sales rep.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Specify the prospect information.
    The prospect type is required.
  7. Click Save.
