Options

Design Name
Specify the name of a statement design that is set up in GL Financial Statement Setup. You can only print one statement per report.
Period (MM/YY)
Specify the calendar period and year for the statement. The date is automatically converted to the correct fiscal period, as long as you are using a 12-period year, defined in SA Administrator Options-Financials-Period Structure. If you are using a 13-period year, you must specify the correct fiscal period in this field. You can use all statement designs for any period. The current period as interpreted from the current system date is the default. To back up one period, specify -1 in this field. For example, if you specify -1**, the period before the current period of the current year is used. If the current period is 0820, 0720 is used for the report.
Date (MM/DD/YY)
This option initially defaults to the current system date. This date is printed on the report only, and has nothing to do with selecting records to print on the report. Specify a number between -1 and -7 in the day field to go back up to 7 days. For example, if you specify **/-7/**, the current date less 7 days for the date is used.
Budget Revision #
Specify the budget revision number for this statement. You can specify any budget revision number from 1 to 99. Leave this option blank if the statement being printed does not include budget figures.
Create On-Line Financial Statement
Specify Yes to create an online financial statement that you can review.
