Use this page to view to view detailed information about transfers that are processed in a TWL warehouse. You can view information related to picking, packing, and shipping a transfer from a TWL warehouse or receiving the transfer into a TWL warehouse. When you inquire on a Direct Order (DO) transfer, only the shipping information is available.

Status

When you view transfers that were shipped from a TWL warehouse, these statuses apply:

Status Description
Open The transfer was printed and sent to TWL. It is in Order Manager.
In Pick Transfer has been released, or 'dropped', for picking.
Picked Line items are being picked.
Packed Picking is complete. The items are packed into a shipping carton.
Zero Pick The transfer could not be filled during picking.
Hold The transfer is an exception in Order Manager. It was manually placed on hold to prevent further processing.

When you view transfers that were received in to a TWL warehouse, these statuses apply:

Status Description
Open The line items on the transfer are ready to be received.
Active Receiving has begun, but is not finished.
Complete The receipt transaction (RT) has been closed. It has been updated with the information.

Errors

Error messages are displayed if transfer information cannot be displayed. This table shows errors that you may encounter:

Message Description
This Order is Not in TWL (7121) The transfer has not been printed or it has already been shipped or received. Use the other inquiry views to see data.
WT # Not In Warehouse Transfers - WTEH (4607) The warehouse transfer number is invalid.
WL Interface Failed; Whse is Not Setup as Whse Logistics in ICSD (6487) You selected Shipping Warehouse for the View Warehouse Logistics Data From option, but the warehouse is set to receive only in Product Warehouse Description Setup.
