If you are performing AP processing, you can also use this inquiry to process suspended AP transactions. When you select a line from the results grid, three buttons are available. The buttons are applicable only when you have a suspended AP transaction. If you click a button on a record that is not suspended, this error is displayed: Only Suspended records may be selected.

This table shows the button name, when the button is enabled, and what action is taken on the rows selected when you click the button:

Partial Pay At least one Suspended row in grid is selected and no Active or Inactive rows are selected. Operator level security is 3 or 4. Changes APEI suspended flag to No. Sets APEI paid in full flag to No. Updates PDENH.statustype to Active.
Pay In Full At least one Suspended row in grid is selected and no Active or Inactive rows are selected. Operator level security is 3 or 4. Changes APEI suspended flag to No. Sets APEI paid in full flag to Yes. Updates PDENH.statustype to Active.
Delete Payment At least one Suspended row in grid is selected and no Open or Paid rows are selected. Operator security is level 5. Validates APEI.stagecd = 0 (Entered). Error if not; otherwise deletes APEI transaction and deletes PDENH/PDENL records for the specific payment identified by PDENH.seqno.
