Use this report to view a list of all items that are on order and are 30 days past due, based on the promise date. Quote orders are not included.
To comply with a Federal Trade Commission Mail Order Rule, mail order businesses must notify customers when their orders will not ship within a certain time frame. Use the days forward option to include products before there is a compliance issue. This report does not cancel or make any changes to orders . You can use the event, oe-promisedpd, to trigger and create a CAM activity that includes this information:
- Order number with suffix
- Line number
- Product number
- Descriptions
- Next receipt date
