Use this page to specify a lost business reason and cancel the quote.
This page is displayed automatically if these conditions are met:
- The Lost Business Screen with Quote option on the Order Entry Defaults page is selected.
- You are creating a quote order.
Do not specify a lost business reason unless you are creating it after the business was lost. If you specify a lost business reason when creating a quote, this reason is the default value at the line level.
