KP Where Used Report overview
Function acronym: KPRU
Use this report to list records from KP Component Setup, KP Group Setup, and KP Option Setup that contain a specific kit component.
You can use this report to audit your component setup records. Review the component setup records before performing tasks such as deleting products or setting up substitute or supersede products.
KP Group Setup and KP Option Setup records are included on the report if these conditions are met:
- The product is a component of the group or option set.
- The groups or options are included as components for a kit in KP Component Setup.
Details that are included on the report are in alphabetical order, based on the component records. Component records are listed first, followed by group records and then option records. This component information is listed on the report as it is listed on the KP Group Setup and KP Option Setup records:
- Sequence number
- Quantity needed
- Unit
- Required
- Variable
- Substitute
- Price
If notes exist for the product, a notes designation is included on the report.
