IB Cut Exception Report overview

Function acronym: IBRE

Use this report to review cut product entries that meet the selected range and option criteria.

These are the exceptions to the cut product process:

  • Shipped Line Quantity is Greater Than Zero, But Less than Order Quantity
  • Scrap Loss Exceeded Max Amount - The scrap loss that is recorded for the line is equal to or greater than the amount that is specified in the scrap loss option.
  • Cut Loss Exceeded Max Amount - The cut loss that is recorded for the line is equal to or greater than the amount that is specified in the cut loss option.

The report sorts by exception type, warehouse, orders type, order number and line number. Warehouse level totals and grand totals are listed. The totals include the total number of orders, WTs, total cut loss amount, and total scrap loss amount.

The report lists this information:

  • Exception description
  • Warehouse
  • Order type
  • Order number
  • Transfer number
  • Line number
  • Product
  • Product description
  • Order quantity
  • Ship quantity
  • Unit
  • Scrap loss amount
  • Cut loss amount

The exception description is blank for cut product entry transactions with no exception. If you print all cut product entry transactions, transactions with no exception are printed first.
