GL Account Inquiry - Year Compare overview
Use this page to see a GL account's previous year’s period balance information from the GL Account Setup file.
The year previous to the one you are currently reviewing is initially displayed, but you can specify another year in the Compare to Year field.
These values are displayed:
- Period
- PTD (period-to-date)
- PTD for the previous year
- PTD %
- YTD (year-to-date)
- YTD for the previous year
- YTD %
If you search for the account in a year it did not exist, an error message is displayed. You must then specify a different year or new account code number.
