GL Account Inquiry - Transactions overview
Use this page to see transaction history for an account code. You can display all transactions, or you can search for a specific transaction type, date, and period history. The transaction history is displayed in date order with the most current history transactions appearing first.
You can only view General Ledger account balances for accounts that match the security options set in SA Operator Setup. If you specify a restricted account, seek assistance from a supervisor who can grant you access to this information.
Open a transaction record to view credit and debit revaluation transactions, regardless of value selected in the Transaction Type field.
