CR Trial Balance Report overview

Use this report to ensure that the bank is in balance before you run CR Entry Balance Bank Accounts Report. If the bank is not in balance, correct the problem and run this report again.
If you perform CR Entry Balance Bank Accounts Report when the bank is out of balance, you must post adjusting transaction in CR Check Center Entry or CR Reconciliation Center Entry to correct the out-of-balance situation.
Run the CR Trial Balance Report and the GL Trial Balance Report daily to keep accounts in balance.
If you review all transaction types, an accumulative bank balance is printed with each transaction. If you choose to review outstanding or cleared transactions only, the accumulative balance is not printed.
