Use this report to locate a customer and ship to record when the exact customer number is not known.
The report is not based solely on customer number, ship to, or lookup name. You can also print a range of customers that are based on the customer type, sales reps, cycle code, territory, and status.
The Customer Alpha Customer List Report is a condensed version of the Customer Master List Report. You can print it regularly as a reference guide.
You can customize the format of the report. You can print a long or short form. The long form can include ship to records and addresses. The ranges you specify might dictate the order in which items are displayed on the report. You can print customers in customer number, lookup name, and sales rep order. If you print in alphabetic order by lookup name, you can force a page break each time the first character of the lookup name changes. You can also force a page break each time a sale srep changes.
