Customer Inquiry - Transactions overview

Customer > Inquiry > Customer

Use this page to view these transaction histories for a specific customer: all transactions, including miscellaneous credits and split payments, or limited transactions sorted by the invoice number, transaction type, status, and date.

Transactions are displayed in ascending order. The most current history is displayed first. To change the sort order, click a column heading or transaction in the browse window.

To access detailed invoice information, expand the transaction record and then expand the appropriate section to view these and other fields:

  • Journal information
  • Original amount and discount
  • Invoice, posting, discount, due, and paid dates
  • Amount Due and Paid
  • Write-off taken, which is reserved for Customer Entry Cash Receipt Entry invoice write-off amounts.
  • National account claim number
  • Division
