Vendor Alpha Vendor List Report overview

Use this report to generate a condensed version of the Vendor Master List Report and Vendor Service Level Analysis Report. Vendors can be printed individually on the report or along with all their ship from records. You can print this report on a weekly basis as a reference guide.
You can use report options to customize the format of the report so that you can print a long or short form. The long form may include ship-from locations and addresses. The short form may include only the vendor number and name. The options that you select may also dictate the sort order method in which you would like the report printed. You can print the vendors in vendor number or lookup name order. If you print in alphabetic order by lookup name, you can force a page break each time the first character of the lookup name changes.
