Vendor Administrator Keyword Build overview

Use this report to create a keyword index for vendor records that have been converted from your old system.
When vendors are added directly into the system, they are added to the keyword file automatically, but when they are converted in the system, they must be added manually. Vendor Administrator Keyword Build creates the index file necessary to perform keyword lookups. Additionally, this function rebuilds the index file if it becomes corrupt or is deleted in error.
The keywords built with this function are used when you use the Keyword field while performing a lookup on a vendor. This function allows you to specify words or parts of words that may appear within a vendor's name.
This report does not contain any options. The contents of the report are solely based on the Vendor # range.
