Field are presented in alphabetic order.

Actual (12 months)

The actual forecast usage for the forecast months, updated when you run Product Administration Month End Processing Report. If your operator security allows you to make balance changes, you may make a change in this field; otherwise, it is display-only.

Created Date

The date the forecast was created.

Expected Run Rate %

The expected percent of forecast you anticipate the customer will actually purchase. For example, if a customer agrees to buy 100 units of a product per month and you estimate that there is an 80% chance of the order, you would specify 80. The expected run rate percent is a factor in recommended replenishment calculations.

Forecast (12 months)

For the forecast months, specify the amount you expect the customer to purchase. The months correspond to the forecast start and end dates.

Last Invoice Date

The last customer invoice date for the product.

Product

Specify the product for the forecast.

Total Expected Quantity

The sum of all of the monthly forecast values.

Total Quantity Sold

The sum of the actual monthly forecast usage.
