Using Quick Receive to receive purchase orders

Use these instructions if you have a list of purchase orders that you want to receive in full. The Full Receipt button is not available if r-yes is displayed in the ASN field, which indicates that the PO is in Ready ASN status.
  1. Select Purchase > Entry > Receipt of Inventory.
  2. Click Quick Receive.
  3. Specify the purchase order you want to receive.
  4. To view all receipts on this PO, click Receiving Report.
  5. To receive the purchase order in full, click Full Receipt.
  6. If this is the first purchase order you are receiving for this session, click OK to open a journal.
  7. A message is displayed indicating that the purchase order has been received in full.
  8. Optionally, receive additional purchase orders.
  9. When you are finished receiving, click Final Update.
  10. Specify printers information, and then click OK.
  11. Optionally, adjust backorders to accommodate a purchase order correction.
    If the correction decreased the received amount, the quantity on any open back orders is increased. If the correction increased the received amount, the quantity on open back orders is decreased
  12. Click OK.
