Printing from a forms printing utility

If you purchased a third-party forms printing utility, you can select the utility's device name the printer device field when you run certain reports. The forms printing device must be set up in Printer Setup.

  1. Select one of these reports:
    • Customer Entry Statement Print Report
    • Vendor Entry Check Print Report
    • JM Entry Processing Customer Quote Report
    • JM Entry Processing Vendor Quote Report
    • Sales Entry Processing Acknowledgements Report
    • Sales Entry Invoice Processing Report
    • Sales Entry Bill of Lading Report
    • Sales Entry Pick Tickets Report
    • Purchase Entry Processing Print POs Report
    • Transfer Entry Print Warehouse Transfer Report
    • VA Entry Processing Pick Tickets Report
  2. Select a stored report, or create a new one.
  3. Specify a Print Type, and then select the forms printing device name.
  4. Specify the remaining report criteria and process the report.
