Changing the disposition of an order

Use these instructions to change the disposition of a sales order.

  1. Select Sales > Entry > Order.
  2. Select Maintain and specify the order number. Click Next.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Click Customer Order Settings.
  5. Specify a Disposition.
    • If you select Just In Time, specify the Requested Ship Date and Promise Date.
    • If you select Tag and Hold, specify the shipping method in Ship Via and a date to automatically cancel the order in Cancelled Date.
    • If you select Ship Complete, specify the shipping method in Ship Via.
    • If you select Will Call, specify the shipping method in Ship Via and a date to automatically cancel the order in Cancelled Date.
  6. Click Save.
