Processing the rebate claim

If you use EDI, rebate claims reconciliation is an automated process. To file your rebate claims electronically, run the SM Rebate Report to send Product Transfer Account Adjustment documents to your vendors.

  1. Select Sales Manager > Reports > SM Reports > Rebate Report.
  2. Select the type of report to create.
  3. Specify report and printing information, and then click Next.
  4. Specify range settings, and the click Next.
  5. Specify values for the options.
  6. Finish the report.
