Assigning a printer group to a user

If you assign a printer group to a user, the Printer Lookup window lists printers in the user's printer group. The user is not limited to these printers. The user can use all printers set up in SA Printer Setup.

  1. Select System Administrator > Setup > Operator.
  2. Select the user record, and click Edit.
  3. In the Preferences section, specify the printer group.
  4. Click Save.
