Options

Table: (All) or Single Table Name

Specify the name of the table you to rebuild or update, or specify All to generate reports for all word index tables.

These are valid table names:

apss_index	icsc_index	pdsc_index
apsv_index	icsd_index	poeh_index
arsc_index	icses_index	poel_index
arsg_index	icsp_index	sled_index
arss_index	icsw_index	vaeh_index
contacts_index	item_index	wteh_index
glsa_index	oeeh_index	wtel_index

You can also specify web to rebuild all tables except for these: arsg_index, glsa_index, icses_index, pdsc_index, poel_index, sled_index, and wtel_index.

Note:  The word index table for Product Warehouse Product Setup, icsw_index, is based on the word index table for Product Setup, icsp_index. If you run the report for the icsw_index table, the report shows that zero records were updated. You must run the report for the icsp_index table to rebuild or update the word index for products.

Force Rebuild?

Select No to create any missing word index records for the specified tables.

Select Yes to force recreation of the word index data for all records of the specified tables. The number of records rebuilt are noted on the report.

Note: We recommend running the SA Word Index Rebuild Report first with this option set to No and Remove Orphaned Records set to Yes. Then re-run the report with Force Rebuild set to Yes.

OE Active Orders Only?

Select Yes to exclude all invoiced orders when rebuilding the word index.

Remove Orphaned Records?

Select Yes to remove orphaned records from the specified tables. The number of orphaned records removed are noted on the report.
