Changing a line on an order

Use these instructions to change a line on an existing sales order.

Note: If an error occurs when an order line is accessed in maintenance mode, the error may be displayed. The error that caused the problem is displayed in the Errors Exist: Can't Maintain Line; Set to Lost Business and Re-Add (6794) Error window. You cannot maintain the line. You must set it to lost business and enter a new line.
  1. Select Sales > Entry > Order.
  2. Click Maintain, and then specify the order number.
  3. Click Next.
  4. In the Products panel, click the line to change.
    Note: If the order contains more than 25 lines, click Show More in the Products panel to view the additional lines.
  5. Change the line, and then click Update.
  6. Finish the order.
