WM Accept/Review Replenishment Entry field descriptions

Fields are presented in alphabetical order.

Accept

Select one or more lines in the grid and click Accept to accept the line for replenishment. The Quantity in the column changes to zero.

Cancel

Select one or more lines in the grid and click Cancel to cancel the replenishment. The Quantity in the column changes to zero. When you click Final Update, the On Hand quantities in the related WM Bin Location and Product Setup records will not change, however, the related Received and Committed fields will be backed out when the transactions are canceled.

Final Update

Click Final Update to update all accepted or canceled lines. This function:

  • Moves quantities in WM Bin Location and Product Setup.
  • Updates transactions to Stage 4 (Finished).
  • Deletes WM transaction records if the Delete Transactions When Complete option in SA Admin Options-Products-Warehouse Manager is Yes.
  • Resets the actual quantity moved field in the primary bin.
  • Updates the # Times Stored and Picked in WM Bin Location and Product Setup on bin and product records.
  • Updates the dates Stored and Picked in WM Bin Location and Product Setup on bin and product records.

You can make changes to a record by expanding the record in the grid (the Warehouse Manager Bin Allocation function is displayed). This is how you will change the quantity. The changed records remain intact until you click Final Update.

Restore

Select one or more lines in the grid and click Restore to restore the Quantity in the column to the replenishment quantity. This function will reset all records tied to this particular line to what they were after WM Entry Replenish Primary Bins Report was generated.

Warehouse Manager Bin Allocation function

Access the nested Warehouse Manager Bin Allocation function by expanding a record in the grid.

Product

Non-enterable. Displays the product you are working with or going to be adjusting a bin quantity for.

Quantity to Allocate

Non-enterable. This field is a counter that will increase or decrease, depending on the quantity you specify in the Stock Qty field versus the quantity on the line item; it shows the remaining quantity to allocate.

Stock Qty

Non-enterable. Displays the full quantity that needs to be allocated.

Bin Location

Non-enterable. Displays the bin assignment for the product.

Stock Qty

Enterable. Displays the stocking quantity you want to assign to the bin selected, and is based on the Product Setup stocking unit. As you increase the stocking quantity, the allocate quantity will be decreased. The entire quantity must be allocated. You can deallocate from an individual bin by setting the stock quantity to zero.

Stock UOM

Non-enterable. The Product Setup stocking unit is displayed.

Sell Qty

Non-enterable/enterable. This field is non-enterable if a Buying unit is not indicated on the product's Product Warehouse Product Setup-Ordering record or if the WM Bin Location and Product Setup Unit Type is "Stocking." If a buying unit is indicated, the quantity is expressed in the buying unit of measure.

Ship UOM

Non-enterable. The Product Setup shipping unit is displayed.

Select Bin Location

Click this field. Specify or look up a new bin location. The amount field will default with the Quantity to Allocate. If necessary, change the 0.00 to a different quantity.

Save Bins

This option saves any changes you have made to this record, such as changing the bin location or quantity, or adding new bins.

Auto Assign

Optional. This option recommends bins and quantities to pull, creates WM transaction records and updates the Committed field in WM Bin Location and Product Setup.

DeAllocate

Optional. This option removes all outstanding WM transaction records tied to the record and removes the quantity suggested from the WM Bin Location and Product Setup quantity Received field.
