Rebate price Record # size increased

The size of the PD Pricing Setup-Rebates Record # field is increased from 7 digits to 9. This allows creation of up to 999,999,999 active rebate records.

The Record # field resize impacts all database tables that store rebate record data, such as PD Rebate Reconciliation Entry, PD Mass Maintenance Entry, and Vendor Invoice Center Entry.
