Record count added to Lockbox batch table

A record count value is now stored in the batch file (ARBCB) created during Customer Entry Lockbox Import Report. This record count reflects the total number of records, or lines, in a single batch file. Similar to the Check record count value already stored in the batch file, this count includes all types and transactions. Both the Check Count and new Record Count are displayed for each lockbox batch in Customer Lockbox Inquiry and Customer Lockbox Batch Maintenance Entry. These record count values are useful when verifying your batch files processed in the RemittanceAdvice BOD.

Note: This Record Count value will be updated automatically during your next import process. Existing active batch records that have not been updated will be populated with the Record Count by a conversion routine that is run automatically during the January 2022 update to your tenant.
