Automatic print function improved in Purchase Order Entry

Purchase Order Entry now displays a warning message when a purchase order is finished and Automatic Print is enabled without printing at least one purchase order first. Previously, the user was locked and prevented from finishing and printing the purchase order in this scenario.

When you enable the Automatic Print option on the Print page in Purchase Order Entry, you must also specify a Purchase Order # and click Submit. This enables automatic printing and sets the printer options for the session. Then, any purchase orders entered or changed in the session are automatically printed.
