IDM Management function added to Managers application

The new IDM Management function is available from the Admin menu of the Proof of Delivery Managers application. This function enables you to manage signature and other image records that are submitted to IDM. You can view these records in the IDM Outbox data grid from the new IDM Management screen.

For example, when an order is delivered, a request is queued to upload the signature from the order to IDM. The request is stored as an IDM record in the IDM Outbox. You can retry a request if an order was delivered but the signature failed to upload to IDM by selecting the failed record in IDM Management and clicking the Retry button. The Retry button is only available to be selected for records that display Error in the Status field of the IDM Outbox data grid. The status of the selected records are updated to display as Pending and the Status Message field is cleared. The records are now able to be reprocessed.

You can click Refresh to display the updated status of a record or click Delete to remove the record.

You can drill down into a record to access the IDM Outbox Detail screen. The order signature image and the same information contained in the data grid is displayed. Additionally, you are also able to selectRetry, Refresh, and Delete to manage records in the IDM Outbox Detail screen.
