Updating a content version
To update a portal content version or an IPF content version, follow these
				steps. 
		Note: If you have made customizations to pages or components in your existing
					content, you must ensure that the customizations work in the new content before
					activating the content in a production portal.
- Download the new release files.
 - In the Farm Manager, select .
 - Click .
 - Find and select the new content version .zip file and click . A message is displayed after the content version is successfully imported.
 - Activate the content: Launch the Portal Manager and select .
 - Click in the Version column next to the originator for updated content and select the new version.
 - Click .
 - If you are prompted to update schema, click . Select the applicable check boxes and click .
 - Open the Portal Manager for each portal that should be updated and repeat steps 5 – 8.
