Verify these requirements on the back office Groups form:

• Back office users who will work with documents must belong to the Standard Forms group, which gives them access to these forms:
  • Attached Documents
  • Documents
  • Document Objects Query
• Back office users must belong to groups that give them access to appropriate forms related to the documents used on the portal.
