Personalization and customization

Some of the information on portal pages must be personalized for your company. For example, sample logos, text, and images on the portal Home page must be changed. More information is provided later in this guide.

Many more complex changes are also possible. For example, you can create new portal pages or change existing pages by adding, removing, or rearranging field display formats. Also, you can add custom layouts and scripts. These customizations are described in the portal customization guide.
