Assign permissions for Reseller Portal component sets

  1. In the Portal Manager, select Portal Configuration > Permissions.
  2. Set access for portal data administration pages.
    1. Click New.
    2. On the New Permission form, select PortalDataAdmin.
    3. Next to the Groups box, click New.
    4. On the Groups form, find and select the Portal Data Admin group and click OK.
    5. On the New Permission form, click OK.
  3. Set access for the Reseller Portal content.
    1. Click New.
    2. On the New Permission form, select ResellerPortal.
    3. Next to the Groups box, click New.
    4. On the Groups form, find and select the Customer Portal group and click OK.
    5. On the New Permission form, click OK.
  4. Set access to the login page for the PortalPreLogin user account.
    1. Click New.
    2. On the New Permission form, select ResellerPortalPrelogin.
    3. Next to the Accounts box, click New.
    4. On the Accounts form, find and select the PortalPreLogin user and click OK.
    5. On the New Permission form, click OK.
  5. Click Save.
