Software recommendation

To personalize display layout scripts using the Portal Manager, we recommend that you have the .NET Framework 4.7.2 Dev Pack and one of these:

• Microsoft Visual Studio Enterprise or Professional 2012, 2013, 2015, 2017, or 2019
• Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2012, 2013, or 2015 for Web
• Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2017 or 2019

Express for Web and Community versions can be downloaded free from the Microsoft website.
