Activating workflow event handlers

You must activate event handlers in all sites in the Customer Portal site group.

  1. Open the Workflow Event Handler Activation form.
  2. Filter the form to show only event handlers where the Application field is set to Customer Portal. Currently, these event handlers can be used:
    • Alert Back Office Users of C Interaction
    • Alert C Portal Users of New Inter
    • Alert on Order Shipping
    • Alert Users of a New C-Portal Document
    • Alert Users of a New Customer Document
    • Notify Portal Incident Created
    • Notify Portal RMA Approved
    • Notify Portal RMA Rejected
    • Notify Portal RMA Request Created
    • Notify Portal Unit Registration Approval
    • Notify Portal Unit Registration Created
    • Notify Portal Unit Registration Reject
  3. For each of these event handlers, select the Active for This Site check box.
