Activating workflow event handlers

You must activate event handlers in all sites in the Vendor Portal site group.

  1. Open the Workflow Event Handler Activation form.
  2. Filter the form to show only event handlers where the Application field is set to Vendor Portal. Currently, these event handlers can be used:
    • Alert Back Office Users of V Interaction
    • Alert on Item Price Request Creation
    • Alert on Item Price Response Creation
    • Alert Users of a New Vendor Document
    • Alert Users of a New V-Portal Document
    • Alert V Portal Users of New Interaction
    • Alert when Price Response is Accepted
    • Approve V Portal Address Change
    • Approve V Portal Company General Change
    • Approve V Portal Contact Change
    • Notify Portal Contract Price Created
    • Notify Portal Contract Price Rejected
    • Notify Portal PO Req Line Appr/Rejection
    • Notify V Portal POLine Prom Date Change
  3. For each of these event handlers, select the Active for This Site check box.
  4. Now filter the form to show only event handlers where the Application field is set to Portals. Currently, the Retrieve Modified Property and Label event handler is used. Set this event handler to Active for This Site. This event handler returns variables for an updated property and its label when company profile change requests are made from the portal.
