Setting up the back office for the Reseller Portal
This chapter contains information about setting up for your Reseller Portal.
The Reseller Portal web pages and functionality are for your customers who are set up as resellers in the back office. This portal includes all of the pages from the Customer Portal, which the reseller can use as your customer or as a reseller. Therefore, the setup tasks required here are in addition to setup tasks performed for Customer Portal.
This table shows the necessary setup tasks. For multi-site implementation, the table shows whether to perform each step in the Primary Site, all sites, or only desired sites. If your implementation has only one site, then that is the Primary Site.
