Analyzing user accounts with the utility
This topic describes analyzing portal-enabled user accounts after they have been added in the back office.
- To analyze all user accounts, leave the User ID field blank and click .
- To analyze a specific user account, specify the user ID and click .
After you analyze accounts, the results are stored and shown in the grid every time you log in to the utility. To purge old records, you must run the Analyze process again.
Results are displayed with these color codes:
- Red means the account must be fixed before the user can access the portal.
- Yellow means there is a problem with the account, but it does not prevent the user from accessing the portal. However, it may cause undesirable results.
- Green means the account is set up properly and is ready for accessing the portal.
