Reseller-only pages
These pages are provided only with the Reseller Portal:

Commissions Due page
This page is used by resellers to review commission amounts due and statuses. The information shown is taken from the back office Commissions Due form.
In the Status field on this page, the Unpaid status maps to the back office Pay status, Hold maps to the back office Hold status, and Paid maps to the back office Complete status.
Customers page
This page is used by resellers to view information about existing customers and to register new customers. Resellers receive commission on all orders placed in the online store by these customers.
Resellers can generate a redirect link to the portal using this page, which can be copied and displayed on their websites or emailed directly to customers. For customers to be associated with the correct reseller account, they must use this link to access the portal.
If no search parameter is selected, this page shows all customers associated with the logged in reseller. This association is taken from the back office Customer Ship-Tos form, Salesperson field. Customer information is taken from the Customers form.
Register a New Customer page
Resellers can click Account Management page or Customers page to open the Register a New Customer form. This form is used to register new customers from the portal. It is available to only Reseller Portal users with the Can Create Users option selected. See Allowing users to create additional users.
on the portalService Orders page
This page is used by resellers to review service request order (SRO) information. Information shown on the page comes from the back office Service Orders form.
Service Order Transactions page
This page is used by resellers for these tasks:
- Review transactions recorded against a selected SRO.
- Enter material, labor, and miscellaneous transactions for an SRO.
- Change or delete transactions that have a status of Submitted.
Information shown on the page comes from the Service Order Transactions form.
