Providing your company contact information

In order to support the portal Contact Us page, you must provide your company contact information in the back office.

This information must be specified in all sites of the portal site group.

Company address, phone and email

On the General Parameters form, specify your company contact information on the Address tab. All of this information except the site and email address is displayed on the portal Contact Us page.

The email address is used when vendors submit a question or comment from the Contact Us page. If no email address is specified on the General Parameters form, then the Send Questions or Comments button is not displayed on the portal.

Buyer

When a vendor logs in to the portal, the Contact Us page lists the name and email address for the buyer who is assigned to that vendor. On the Vendors form, specify the back office user who is normally the buyer for each Vendor Portal user.
