Activating workflow event handlers
You must activate event handlers in all sites in the Customer Portal site group.
- Open the Workflow Event Handler Activation form.
 - 
				Filter the form to show only event handlers where the Application field is set to
						Customer Portal. Currently, these
					event handlers can be used:
				
- Alert Back Office Users of C Interaction
 - Alert C Portal Users of New Inter
 - Alert on Order Shipping
 - Alert Users of a New C-Portal Document
 - Alert Users of a New Customer Document
 - Notify Portal Incident Created
 - Notify Portal RMA Approved
 - Notify Portal RMA Rejected
 - Notify Portal RMA Request Created
 - Notify Portal Unit Registration Approval
 - Notify Portal Unit Registration Created
 - Notify Portal Unit Registration Reject
 
 - For each of these event handlers, select the Active for This Site check box.
