Setting up items to be configurable on the portal

  1. Open the Items form.
  2. On the Configuration tab, make sure Order Configurable is selected.
  3. If the item is also job configurable and you want the Portal Configurator UI to create a job automatically, select Always for Auto Job Generation. Never and Prompt are ignored by the Configurator UI.
  4. On the Overview tab, select Active For Customer Portal.
