Customer Portal Home page and menus

The menus at the top and bottom of the Home page are available on all pages of the website. Links provided in each menu are described in this section.

Note: When users run the portal on a mobile device, or when they run a portal that has been changed to use the XML-based side menu, they must first tap the hamburger menu icon to see menu options. Also, this topic describes the default menus and options. Menu names and lists vary slightly in the XML-based side menu.

The logo, text and pictures on the Home page are configurable and must be changed to personalize your portal. See Personalizing portals.
