Critical Department KPIs

This Critical Departmental KPIs widget helps to identify strengths, detect issues, and make data-driven decisions to improve business performance.

These quick access options are available:

Lots to be Expired Amount: This KPI displays the total worth of item batches that are to be expired. This data helps in preventing the inventory loss, reduce waste, and minimize financial risk.
Serials to be Expired Amount: This KPI displays the total value of serialized items that are to be expired. These items are tracked individually and require review to avoid inventory loss.
Delivered in Full and on Time PTD: This KPI displays the percentage of completely delivered orders.
Quarantined Inventory Value: This KPI displays the total value of inventory in locations that are marked as QC locations. If you select this KPI, the drillback displays each quality vendor, vendor specific information and the quality score for each vendor.
RMA Quality Value: This KPI displays the total value of RMAs with an Evaluation Code that is a quality indicator. If you select this KPI, the drillback displays each RMA with an evaluation code that indicates quality, RMA information, and the value for that RMA.
