This widget provides access to the frequently used tasks and shortcuts which improve the efficiency and convenience for a user.

You can use these quick access options:

  • Get Item Price and Availability: To view the current price and available quantity of an item. Sales representatives can use this information to respond to customer inquiries about cost and inventory during quotes.

  • Look Up Invoice: To view the invoice details. Sales representatives can use this information to resolve billing questions, confirm payments, or support collection activities.

  • Look Up Customer: To view the detailed information of a customer such as contact details, account status, past orders, and interactions. Sales representatives use this data to understand customer history.

  • Look Up Order: To retrieve the current or past order details, Sales representatives can use this information to respond to customer inquiries about order status or delivery timing.

  • Get ATP/CTP (Available-to-Promise / Capable-to-Promise): To verify the real-time item availability (ATP) or manufacturing feasibility (CTP). Sales representatives can use this information to provide accurate dates during a quotation or order entry.

  • Create Customer Interaction: To add the interaction with customers such as a phone call, meeting, or email. Sales representatives can use this information to build a strong relationship with customers.
