Employee Self Service
       The Employee Self Service module lets your employees and managers
         perform some HR tasks themselves. This gives them more control over the information and
         frees up your HR staff for other duties. Employee-provided information is more likely to be
         accurate, complete and up-to-date.
   
      Note: This application is not supported in Infor Government Solutions (IGS).
      Employees can perform these self-service tasks:
- Manage time-off requests
 - Update personal and payroll information
 - View their pay stubs and work calendar
 - Create purchase order requisitions and view PO requisition history
 
Managers can use the self-service module to approve time-off requests or PO requisitions. They can access key HR data about their direct reports, such as performance reviews, organizational charts, and educational background.
