Using Celergo with SyteLine
The solution partners with a third-party payroll provider, Celergo, as an
option to customers who want to use the Payroll Interface to handle payroll
processing.
The Payroll Interface process uses Celergo for these capabilities:
- SyteLine records these types of employee information and sends them to Celergo for processing: personal data, address, job and payroll data, country-specific data, direct deposit data, and deduction and earnings data. SyteLine can also send other payroll data, including hours worked and rates for the employee.
- Celergo processes the payroll data from SyteLine and calculates the payroll.
- After the payroll has been calculated, Celergo sends journal entries, including account numbers and amounts, to SyteLine.
- Celergo prints checks and yearly documents, such as W-2’s, for employees.
