Disable On Pane 0 attribute, Background Image Form property

Use the Disable On Pane 0 attribute to exclude or include a ｢background image｣ on the left pane or top pane of a form (pane 0 of a ｢multiview form｣).

When set to [True], this attribute excludes the image from pane 0.

When set to [False], this attribute includes the image on pane 0.
